This policy does not apply to the practices of companies or third parties that Diginatives does not own or control, or of persons that Diginatives does not employ or manage  including any third-party content contributors not under Diginatives control. “Information” in this policy refers to any data voluntarily provided by our clients for the purpose of fulfilling orders or other services under our agreement.
Diginatives reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Clients should consult the most recent version of this policy at all times. This policy is intended to comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations relevant to the jurisdictions in which we operate.

Information Collection and Use

What information we collect:

  • Personally Identifiable Information (PII): e.g. name, email address, shipping address, payment information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, etc.), as provided via our order forms or other client communications.

  • Any other information voluntarily provided by clients for the performance of agreed services.

All information collected will be used only for the purposes for which it was provided (e.g. processing orders, billing, shipping, account management, customer support).

How we use your information

  • Diginatives may use collected information to:

    • Process and fulfil orders, including billing and shipment;

    • Communicate with clients regarding their orders or services;

    • Provide information about product upgrades, new products/services, newsletters, or research on product ideas  but only if the client/customer has explicitly consented to such communications;

    • Allow clients to manage product licenses, access services, or otherwise engage in activities they have selected;

    • Improve our products and services, analyze usage (if applicable), and better meet clients’ needs.

Cookies

  • We use session ID cookies to maintain a user’s login status across pages once they log in with username and password. These cookies are not linked to any other personally identifiable information. Users may disable cookies via their browser settings; however, this may limit access to certain features on our site.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

  • Diginatives will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties. We may share limited information with authorized third parties involved in fulfilling an order (e.g. shipping companies, payment processors) when required to complete a transaction.

    Except as described in this policy  for example, in order fulfilment  we will not disclose individual transaction data to third parties without prior explicit consent from the client.

    We may also disclose personal information if required to do so by law (e.g. court order, legal process).

    If our site contains links to other third-party websites or services not operated by Diginatives, we are not responsible for their privacy practices; users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of those third-party sites before submitting any personal data.

Data Security and Protection

  • Whenever Diginatives collects sensitive data (e.g. payment information, PII), such data is encrypted and protected with industry standard encryption and security measures. We employ appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the data we collect. Access to client  data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Children’s Privacy

  • Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. Diginatives does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that personal information from a minor has been submitted, we will promptly delete such information.

Data Accuracy, Rectification and Deletion

  • If a client personal information changes (such as postal address, email address, phone number) or if they no longer wish to use our services, they may request that we update or delete their personally identifiable information.

Changes to Privacy Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, with the “last updated” date clearly stated. We will also notify clients of significant changes where appropriate.

    If we plan to use your PII/NPI in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will obtain your prior consent (where required) and post a notice on our website at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
